You can also bring pictures by or put them in the mail. They will be returned to
you.
*Smaller décor must be clean, no chips, cracks or missing parts.
Stemware, glassware, placemats, napkins, and flatware must be free of chips,
cracks and be in sets of 4 or more. Dish sets must be clean, stain free, with no
chips or cracks. Sadly, we have found the older china does not sell very well
for a practical value. Therefore we don’t accept them. Sets 10 years old and
newer are what we are looking for.
*Lighting must arrive in solid working order. All lighting items must
come with all parts and a shade. Lighting cords must be in excellent condition.
No frays or cracked open plugs.
*Art is subjective and therefore considered on a piece by piece basis.
Highly priced pieces are not recommended. They are usually worth far more than
what we can sell them for. Clocks are not accepted.
*TeeDee Co. pays the consigner 40% of the item's sale price. TeeDee
Co's commission is 60% of the item's sale price. (Tee Dee Co. does NOT charge a
floor fee or a fee based on the item's sale price.)
WHEN DO WE ACCEPT CONSIGNMENTS?
*Small pieces are taken monthly, the 1st-15th
between 10am-4pm. We will accept 12-15 items at a time. Sets count as one piece.
Furniture is accepted by appointment any time.
***When large estates are to be considered, we will gladly visit your
home to assess your items. The fee for this is $25, refundable to you, upon
consignment of your items.
Items are contracted with TeeDee Company for 120 days. Any item requested to
be returned before the 120 day contract expires will be assessed a “Pull Fee”. A
2 day notice is required.
